Insight On Rights

My mentor suggested to interview a lady who is involved with the support staff of our school. She deals with all of their rights, and I'm hoping she'll be able to tell me some of the main labor laws that apply to them. I'm also interested to know what she does to make sure the the laws are actually followed.So I am stoked about the interview!!! (If it happens of course :S )
