An Interesting Fact

"During any leave cycle, an employee shall be entitled to at least 3 days paid paternity leave if-
(i) the leave is taken within 7 days of the birth of a child;
and
(ii) the employee is the father of the child;"

I found this quite interesting, that the father is only given 3 days, to be with with his family. I personally think that the father should be given more time to "help" his wife, because bringing home a new born baby is not an easy job to handle by yourself. (Well at least I think! ) In other places I think the paternity leave can vary, from 2 -28 days (Jamii Forums)
