This interview is from one of the employee's called Juma Ngao. He is a builder who works at a company that I cannot name due to several reasons. Its translated into English from Kiswahili. Enjoy!
1.) What do you enjoy about your job?
I enjoy being outside and usually my work is outdoors so I have a comfortable environment to work in.
2.) What did you dislike about your job?
At first it used to be hard and tedious, although I got used to it.
3.) What are your working hours?
There are no specific hours- briefly 9-10 hours.
4.)How difficult was it to get this job?
It was not so difficult, I had trial before I got the job. I did well in the trial and I got the job
5.) What were the requirements of this job?
Just being compatible with the working hours and physically being able to carry heavy weights.
6.) Are there areas concerning labour, where you don't know the rule?

There are no raises that I know of.

There is usually a small advance that you can get, and also time off is an option.

I only completed school until primary education, and I took care of my house after that.

To ensure safety of workers. Basically have protection while doing dangerous actions, specifically with builders.
